I want to buy online but I can't see the prices?

To buy products from the Trilogy website you'll first need to register and set up a shopping account. There is no obligation to buy, but by setting up an account you’ll have access to prices as well as your own shopping cart.

Go to the login page as normal and you'll find a forgotten your password link. Enter your email address and we’ll email your password to you.

What are your shipping costs?

New Zealand - $5.00/parcel and FREE for all orders over $100.00. Orders are sent by courier.

Rest of World - Calculated on weight and as per International Air mail rates. Please note that International Air is not a tracked service.

For purchases outside of New Zealand, Trilogy is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel orders placed on our website provided the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to check if we are able cancel your order. If we do cancel your order, we will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We endeavour to process orders received between Monday to Friday within two business days. We do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays, or any public holiday.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

Trilogy makes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty.
