If I sign up for Trilogy e-News, will I be able to shop online?

No.  You will need to create a shopping account separately.  Signing up to receive our monthly e-Newsletter does not automatically create a shopping account.

I've lost my password.  How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click on forgotten your password. Enter the email address you registered your shopping account to and we’ll email your password to you.

What are your shipping costs?

New Zealand. $5.00 per order with free shipping for orders over $100. Orders are sent by non-signature courier. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days.

Australia. Pricing is based on weight of products ordered with free shipping for orders over $100.  Orders are sent by Australian Registered Post.  Estimated delivery time: 1 - 3 working days.

United Kingdom.  Pricing is based on weight of products ordered with free shipping for orders over £50. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days.

Ireland.  Pricing is based on weight of products ordered with free shipping for orders over €50. Orders up to 2kg are sent by Airmail + Airsure. Orders over 2kg are sent by Interparcel. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain. Pricing is based on weight of products ordered with free shipping for orders over €50. Orders up to 2kg are sent by Airmail + Airsure. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days. Orders over 2kg are sent by Interparcel. Estimated delivery time: up to five working days.

USA and Canada.  Pricing is based on weight of products ordered. Orders are sent by AirMail + Airsure. Estimated delivery time: 5 -10 working days.

Rest of World. Pricing is based on weight of products ordered. Orders are sent by International Air (please note: this service does not include tracking). Estimated delivery time: 3-15 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and time of year. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.

For purchases made outside of New Zealand, Trilogy is not responsible for taxes, custom charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your online order provided the order has not been dispatched. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.  Please contact us as soon as possible to check whether your order may be cancelled.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders placed between Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hours.  Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We'll send you an email to let you know that your product has been dispatched.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund. Please note: we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty.
