The best thing about Trilogy is the people. I developed my personal mantra, 'have fun while you work' right back at high school in Australia. Luckily Catherine and I share this belief with our fantastic team of suppliers and colleagues. I figure if you're not having fun, why do it? Developing markets for Trilogy means a lot of travel which I enjoy. It's always about collecting new ideas and being inspired by the people you meet along the way.

What I love most about this industry and our brand is not the glamour, as some might expect but the feeling that we can make better, more responsible products and enjoy the journey. Our team all have great style and attitude. We try to take our products and our customers incredibly seriously but not ourselves.

I love that my job allows me to travel all over Australia, even though nothing beats coming home to my dogs Billy and Angel. I came to Trilogy after 14 years in the Heath Food Industry. Like most of the team I was really drawn by the ethics and the quality of our products and the challenge of going up against the big guys.

I've worked in the cosmetics industry for over twenty years and joined Trilogy in 2005. Making the move from big brands to a young and growing company has been fantastic. I love the natural, ethical base and it's rewarding to work with something I really believe in. When I am not in the office you'll find me doing the things I love most; playing tennis with my daughter and watching my son play football.

My husband and I moved to New Zealand from the UK to find some space for our three kids. I originally trained as beauty therapist but moved into various field roles and was Regional Manager for Estee Lauder when we left. The move to a natural skincare company fitted perfectly with our migration philosophy so when I saw the job advertised I knew it had my name on it!

In preperation for my new role at Trilogy I spent two weeks treking to base camp in Nepal. That really sums me and this job up. I love adventure the bigger the challenge the better so taking on Trilogy's UK market development sounded brilliant. I am the UK office, so as you can imagine my role is incredibly varied, great fun, non stop and perfect.

Art and design is a real passion of mine. So being able to work alongside the Communications Manager on projects like the website or new packaging or marketing promotions is great. I love that we are a small company which means I am involved in the whole process from start to finish. There's heaps of scope to get creative!

I came to New Zealand from China to study English. When I met Sarah through a mutual friend I decided I really wanted to work for Trilogy so as soon as I graduated I rang up and asked for a job. One day she called me back! Now I look after the office and am very popular for my endless supply of lolly pops and gum.

I'm definitely a high energy person, I love the gym and I love the pace my job demands. Overseeing all the purchasing, packaging, planning and production is non stop, so it's perfect for me. I'm a Brit and before I came to New Zealand I worked in supply chain logistics for some really big multinationals. The move from corporate cog to Trilogy family has been fantastic and huge fun.

My job is keeping track of our global logistics and distribution and I'm very happy to be part of the Trilogy family. From the production line to worldwide shelves it's a big job. I can only work for something I feel passionate about. It used to be arts and film, now it's Trilogy. Our ethical and environmental commitments mean a lot to me. It makes my job much easier on many levels, there's no spin, just fantastic products with a sound philosophy and a great story behind them. My husband and I don't have children; we have 2 black staffy bull terriers (Molly and Duke). You could say they are my babies! They go everywhere with me; I love walking with them at our local beaches and parks and even take them to local cafes for Sunday morning breakfast. Before Trilogy I worked in Advertising Agencies and also in Real Estate. I wanted to work for Trilogy because I am drawn to things natural and pure. My philosophy on life is to keep healthy and fit and to try to just be myself - be natural and be happy. Life is too short to be anything else.

I have recently come onboard at Trilogy (UK) after spending 6 months travelling throughout South and Central America which was a life changing experience. From trekking to Machu Picchu in Peru to crawling underground in the silver mines of Bolivia it was a real adventure. I was drawn to Trilogy due to its ethical philosophy and the down-to-earth concepts behind the brand. It's exciting and rewarding working alongside people who are inspired by what they do.

What’s not to love about a company that wants to take responsibility for its impact on the planet, and that lists passion and fun among its bywords? After careers in journalism and then teaching, skincare was not an obvious leap to make but working for something you believe in is wonderful. I feel very proud to be involved with Trilogy’s “beauty with a conscience” mission. Add to the mix a great team of inspiring people and going to work just got a whole lot better!
