This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Trilogy's Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Trilogy. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
Trilogy online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Trilogy does not hold onto cardholder information.
In order to complete a purchase you will be asked to register as a member of Trilogyproducts.com. By registering as a member you will be able to purchase Trilogy products and opt to receive regular emails.
Orders can only be placed with Trilogyproducts.com by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
All prices in the online shop are represented in local currency (i.e. NZD for New Zealand, AUD for Australia, GBP for the United Kingdom). Where applicable local taxes are shown and included in the total price. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases outside of New Zealand.
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Trilogy will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address.
For purchases outside of New Zealand, Trilogy is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.
Trilogy takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
