We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please fill out a returns form and we will contact you to advise the nearest location to return your goods. Please ensure that returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.


Online purchase

Once we receive your product back, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on www.trilogyproducts.com. For purchases made with one of our retail partners, please contact the place of purchase for advice on returning your product.

If you made all or part of your purchase with your Trilogy Treats Reward points, we will return the points to your account. The remainder of your purchase will be refunded to your credit card.
