It is 100% pure rosehip seed oil, fragrance free, and holds BioGro organic certification. No. Trilogy products do not contain synthetic fragrances. Where fragrance is present, Trilogy uses natural essential oils only. This is also a requirement of Trilogy's NATRUE brand certification, which prohibits the use of synthetic fragrances.
