Refund policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@trilogyproducts.com and we'll advise you of your nearest location to return your goods.
We’ll process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Online Purchase
Once we receive your product back, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Retail Partners
We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on www.trilogyproducts.com. For purchases made with one of our retail partners, please contact the place of purchase for advice on returning your product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@trilogyproducts.com and we will advise you how and where to send your product.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email hello@trilogyproducts.com and we will advise you how and where to send your product(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
